Corvina 60%, Rondinella 25%, Negrara/Rossignola 15%.

Ruby red, tending to garnet with ageing.

Delicate but intense of cherry and red berries.

Light wine with dry taste, savory, harmonic, pleasantly bitter with a soft aftertaste.

Best served with
Goes well with appetizers, soups, risotto, excellent with white meats and fried dishes. Serving temperature 16°/18°C.

Harvest in the second decade of September.
Vinification: the grapes are destemmed and then pressed. The must is left to macerate with the skins for about ten days. Upon completion of the malolactic fermentation, the wine remains to rest while awaiting bottling.
